My Beloved Father


It was Friday morning about 5.35 am. I was having breakfast with my younger sister, when my telephone rang loudly and continuously. As soon as possible my mother took it. Suddenly she talked to someone in the other side of telephone doubtfully. How shocked I was when the hospital staff told that my father got the accident. What he said was surprised me and our family. After hearing the news, I and my mother went to the hospital quickly. While my younger sister just stayed at home because she had the middle test in her school. Arriving at the hospital, we went directly to the emergency room. We saw my father was consious. Then I and my mother asked to the doctor about my father’s condition. He said that to know it, we must wait the result of the x-ray checking and the head scanning. My feeling said that my father would be okay, although I saw my father was lying weakly. Fortunately, the motorist that hit my father would be responsible for his mistake.
Then I informed some of my family about the accident that happened to my father. Some few minutes they came. They looked so sad seeing the condition of my father.
After being checked for some minutes, my father was taken to the ICU. Knowing that we were so sad because we knew that such kind of room was for the patient who was seriously sick. But the doctor said that it was not necessary for us to worry because my father needed to be observed for some times because of his wounded.
